General

  • Yes, EZ Dealer Quote was developed in a Responsive Web Environment, and can be accessed on any Desktop or Mobile Device.

For Manufacturers

  • Yes, printing from your mobile device is possible. The setup to do so however is between you, your mobile device and your printer.

  • Yes, by default. We recommend that you leave these fields as they are (Required) so that no customer data is lost.

  • There are two checkbox options available for displaying tax on a New Estimate
  • "Show Equipment Sales Tax"
  • "Show Financing Sales Tax"

  • As a manufacturer, all of your Dealers will receive identical pricing and product information that you provide. If any particular Dealer receives an additional discount from you, the Dealer can update this information using their Dealer Account interface.

  • You have complete control over the pricing/discount information your customer will see for any given product. When logged-in to your Dealer Account, simply edit your products as necessary in the Equipment section.

  • The Valid Until date is determined automatically based on the expiration date of your associated manufacturer's current pricing/financing program. If the manufacturer's current pricing/financing program ends March 31, 2019, the default Valid Until date will be March 31, 2019. If you would like to override this default date, simply enter a new "Valid Until" date when generating the quote.

  • If a manufacturer updates any default product information, including Dealer net, list price, description, current financing rates, etc., this information will also be updated automatically in your Dealer Account. However, it will not override any of the updates you as a Dealer may have made related to these products. If a manufacturer adds new products, these products will automatically show in your Dealer Account, and you will need to enable/configure them accordingly before using them in your quotes.

  • Any Dealer that has a membership associated with your company will automatically have access to the product information you provide. This includes model/part numbers, descriptions, Dealer net pricing, list prices, etc.

  • Yes. When logged-in to your Dealer Account, select "Equipment" and then "Add Equipment." You can then add any additional equipment you would like to use in your customer's quotes.

  • You will need to determine your own freight charges, as these vary considerably from one Dealer to the next. Your freight charges are typically calculated using the shipping fee structure provided by your associated manufacturer. You will need to consult your Manufacturer to determine what, if any, freight charges are associated with your particular products, and then enter these charges as necessary.

  • After you generate a quote for a customer, you will have the option to email the quote to the customer. When viewing your newly generated quote, simply click the "Email Quote" button and your quote will automatically be sent to the customer's email address. To email a copy of a quote you have previously generated, click the "Show Estimates" link when logged-in to your Dealer Account. Locate the quote you would like to email and click "Email Quote." Of course, you must be sure to provide a valid, correct email address to ensure your customers will actually receive their quotes.
